Currently when large amounts of information / attachments are being uploaded as part of a secure backup it causes Pentana MK to freeze for 15-20+ minutes, this is not very helpful as it does not provide any indication how long it will take or if Pentana is still working.
On occasion it has caused the system to crash which then causes issues with item locks.
My suggestion is to provide more information as to what the system is doing e.g. "backing up X ... 3%" to provide more assurance to the end user.
While we appreciate your suggestion, we are currently focusing on our next-generation product and won't be able to implement this idea at this time. The issue was also picked up by support so I will be closing this idea.
